Modeling, prediction and multi-objective optimization of the coal gasification system

As global energy demand continues to increase, coal as basic still accounts for a significant proportion. Under the pressure of environmental protection, clean and efficient utilization technologies are in great demand. Coal gasification technology has potential realize near-zero-emissions utilization. This paper establishes system model analyzes effect oxygen/coal ratio water/coal on performance index cold syngas efficiency, effective component ratio, carbon conversion production hydrogen. The results show that when increases, efficiency components increase first then decrease, increases remains unchanged, hydrogen gradually decreases; When steam/coal ingredients decreases, increases. Using BP neural network prediction system, mean square error reaches magnitude 10e-7. Multi-objective optimization corresponding highest is 0.52 0.05. corresponds 0.95
